the upside down pov is nice,
although i would have like to see a bit more definition
that the creature really IS upside down.

The wings could use a bit more details

Wallace@- Thanks for the crit, a lot of good points. I appreciate you taking the time to give some advice. This is one of those things where I see the flaws myself and could most likely go in and fix them, but the image was posted as a part of a competition. I only slightly reworked it after then but felt like I should just move on and leave the areas that aren't as precise or detailed as the face how they were. I do agree 100% with your observations. ARZILLIER66@- Thanks man, he some how became a little more creepy when I flipped him upside down. It's the glazed over eyes that give him the undead creepy feeling I think.

I do agree with wallace in that it doesnt really look upside down. To me its like he's sitting on a rock and its US who are upside down looking at it

I did add a few things to "help" the issue like the hanging vines and some falling debris, I guess I've looked at it so often and because I created it.. it doesn't appear so upside down to me. However if I looked at it as a fresh viewer for the first time, I'm sure I'd say the same thing . I appreciate the vote, thanks.

Awesome creature, I don't really have any crits, but I thought about it and I gotta ask, where dose the horns come from, the vampier or the werewolf, I don't remember seeing any of them with horns

anyway, great work!

The idea behind the creature too that doesn't exist in Werewolves or Vampire's was that this thing doesn't turn into a human or humanoid form - It just exists as it appears here, a creature for all time. I would imagine evolution took some creative freedom and produced the horn protrusions or maybe it was artistic freedom I felt he looked more interesting.

I like the colors. What a creepy athmosphere

I love this painting, I think it is one of my favorite pieces of your work that I have seen. The eyes and mouth are so creepy, combined with the disorientating effect of him being upside down it does a great job of taking you out of your comfort zone. Great job!
