Hi,
This image was done as a workshop tutorial for the UK magazine, ImagineFX Magazine.
www.ImagineFX.com
The image was printed along with a 4 page spread and a 19 stage process on the creation of the image in issue 012 January which was dubbed the (Christmas issue 2006).
I produced the image using Photoshop CS2 on top of a rough sketch.

deankuhta@- Thanks
Madanapale@- Thanks for the compliment and critique. Looking at it now I agree that it may bit a tad busy but hopefully most of the focus is on the giant in the foreground and the smash effect. Thanks man
XeriuX@- Thanks, I don't normally paint a lot of action I usually do more conceptual sketching and designs in a standard pose. I'm glad this came off how I intended.
Daykan@- Thanks for the warm welcome
Acida@ Thanks for the compliment. I had the opportunity to produce some work for an ensemble studios game. I did work for liquid development which is an outsourcing company and produced approx. 116 in-game icons for AOE 3 the War Chief's Expansion. It was a fun gig but I'd like to work on something with more imagination (fantasy) less historical
Thanks for all the kind words and warm welcome to the forum guys I appreciate the feedback and the compliments.

JeffMD@- Thanks man, I actually put in a little more time fixing up some minor things, adding a bit of debris and adjusting the color and values just a bit. I also fixed up the guys face on the bottom.
Thanks again everyone.
